1. Acceptance
By using DeFiConnect.XYZ, the interactive demo, or related MVP materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or demo. These Terms are a short website/demo TOU — not a pilot MSA.
2. Simulation product — no real settlement
- Auction, matching, fee ledger, and “settlement” states are simulated.
- No real money movement occurs through the demo or MVP.
- DeFiConnect Ltd is not holding customer funds, operating a payment account, or providing licensed money transmission via this site.
- Displayed rails, bids, matches, and confirmations are illustrative or test data unless expressly labeled otherwise.
3. Waitlist and design partners
Joining the waitlist expresses marketing interest only. Free design-partner pilots (if offered) remain simulation or evaluation engagements under separate written terms — they do not authorize real fund settlement or imply regulatory licensing.
4. No warranties on matching or settlement
The demo and marketplace logic are provided “as is”. We do not warrant accuracy, uptime, correctness of bids/matches, fee calculations, or any simulated settlement outcome. Do not rely on the demo for production payment decisions.
5. Not financial, legal, or investment advice
Nothing on the site or in the pitch/demo is financial, investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Corridor and rail descriptions are educational / product context only.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or demo (e.g. attempt to disrupt services, scrape in abusive volumes, submit unlawful content, or misrepresent the simulation as a live payment service).
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeFiConnect Ltd and its officers/agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of the site or demo. Our aggregate liability relating to the free website/demo is limited to GBP £0 (or the minimum non-excludable amount if a floor is required by applicable law).
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local consumer protections where they apply. (Confirm with counsel if incorporation seat differs.)
